Earlier this month, the Whitney Young Health medical team was trained on Stratus Video, a language relay that can help staff communicate with our deaf or hard-of-hearing patients, along with translation services for over 25 languages via video and 200+ written languages.
We are so excited to be able to roll out this new tool to help us communicate better with our diverse patient population.
