Whitney M. Young, Jr. Health Center has 24-hour on-call coverage. If you are a patient and need medical help on the weekend or after business hours, please contact our answering service at 518-465-4771.
All Whitney Young Health services are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins unless otherwise specified.

If you have a concern, problem, or complaint that has not been resolved through our staff, please contact our concern/complaint line at (518) 465-4771, ext 4905 and leave a detailed message. Your call will be returned within 72 business hours by our Patient Engagement Specialist.
