Young, Jr. Health Services is accredited by: New York State Department of Health Our Methadone Maintenance Treatment Program (MMTP) and Family Alcohol and Chemical Treatment Service Program (FACTS) are also accredited by the NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services. MMTP is also accredited The Joint Commission. The Joint Commission - Public Notice Quality Care - Help us to prevent health care errors and to provide you with safe and effective care. Whitney Young's MMTP is accredited by The Joint Commission and is committed to providing safe, high quality health care. If you have a concern about your care as a MMTP patient, please report it immediately to your MMTP provider, a supervisor or to the program director. They may be contacted at 518-463-3882. If concerns related to your care at MMTP cannot be resolved by this health care organization, The Joint Commission may be contacted at 800-994-6610. The Joint Commission addresses all complaints that relate to quality of care issues within the scope of their standards. These include issues such as patient rights, care of patients, safety, infection control, medication use and security.
